- a tailor-made program designed to fit your aims and needs
- a gym area with safe and properly maintained equipment allowing for a complete cardio, strength, balance and flexibility workout"
History
The gym was established in 1990 and has been warmly embraced by the Mosman community from the start. When Gareth Corbett took over ownership in 2008 he returned to the original name and ideology but with a modern twist, and a stunning new location. On Gareth's return to the UK in 2011, David Miller has now taken over ownership and looks set to continue the success of the gym.
The gym is located in a renovated heritage building in Georges Heights in Mosman, amongst stunning surrounds, giving clients a beautiful place to exercise in.

Brooke has been involved in sports and physical activity since her days in the womb. A qualified personal trainer and physical education teacher she spent a few years teaching PE to high school kids. She soon rediscovered a passion for training adults who tended to lose their schoolyard enthusiasm for physical activity.
Brooke worked for a dynamic women’s fitness company in Perth before jetting off to explore European shores. In London, as a senior trainer for pilates company Heartcore, she worked with a vast array of clients from A-list celebrities and busy corporate bankers to post-natal new mums.
Brooke’s skills in functional core based training are all encompassing. She brings home to Australia a fresh approach to physical training and an eagerness to help clients push beyond their comfort zones and reach their fitness potential.
Anna Le Her takes the Thursday 10:30am Pilates session and is available for one on one sessions
After graduating from Sydney University and Universite de La Rochelle, with a BA in French, her combined passion for language and the moving body led her to further her study a Masters in Classical Acting at the Central School of Speech and Drama, London, 2004. There, Anna trained extensively in voice and bodywork (using techniques such as Alexander, Feldenkrais and Yoga). Whilst performing in London, Anna also discovered the merits of Pilates. The results changed the way she moved, the way she felt and naturally the way she approached bodywork thereafter.
As an adjunct to her studies Anna became qualified in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage (ITEC, London), Stress management (ITEC, London) as well as studying energy healing with Reiki level 1. Returning to Australia, continuing as an actress and bodyworker she received her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (91491NSW), 2006 from Pilates International.
As a qualified Pilates practitioner Anna has worked for Pilates International (2005-2007), Powernouse Pilates (2007-2011) and Pilates Centre Mosman (2008-2011). Her continued dedication to the profound changes that can be achieved through the Pilates method combined with her experience with voice, stress management and massage allows Anna to offer a holistic approach to her work. Anna aims to facilitate positive changes to the lives of her clients, through bodywork.
